GEO-C will provide 15 full PhD scholarships among the three universities, Westfälische Wilhelms – Universität Münster (WWMU), Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL), Universitat Jaume I de Castelló (UJI) for the Joint Doctorate in Geoinformatics: Enabling Open Cities. The call will open soon and the applications will be available until April 3, 2015.
